I have not received my login details

The email is sent the moment your payment is approved, and it should be almost immediately. If you don’t receive an email receipt or login information soon after, contact us and we’ll verify your payment and account.

How to cancel an order ?

  • If your order has not yet been prepared, we will simply cancel that order.
  • If the order has already been prepared or shipped, automatic order processing does not allow cancellation. However, you will have fourteen (14) working days (from the day of delivery of the products) to retract, by refusing to deliver the package or by contacting us if you have already received it.

Why is my order delayed?

We would like to inform you that deliveries may be slightly delayed due to the current demand of orders received in our warehouse and COVID-19 restrictions. We are working to ensure that they can be prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. Also, please be advised that it may take longer than usual to process your requests. We are making every effort to accommodate your requests.
